Dairy-Free Valentine's Day Pink Chocolate Hearts

Hello friends!

Happy almost Valentine's Day! The kids and I had so much fun making these pink chocolate hearts over the weekend. Wanted to share this super easy recipe with you so you can enjoy these too. They are smooth, creamy and melt in your mouth good!!

Ingredients:

  • Silicone heart mold (you can get these at Target, Walmart and most craft stores)

  • 1/4 cup strawberries (or raspberries if you want raspberry flavor)

  • 2 tablespoons Hibiscus powder (for natural pink color)

  • 18 oz (2 bags) vegan white chocolate baking chips

Directions:

  1. Crush up your berries in a molcajete or blend them until very smooth. Set aside.

  2. Put your chocolate baking chips in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave on defrost setting for 30 seconds. Stir until fully melted. If you need more time, do extra 15 second intervals, stirring until full melted.

  3. Mix in your Hibiscus powder, stirring well until the pink color is blended in.

  4. Add in your berries, stirring until everything is well blended and the pink color looks smooth.

  5. Pour into the silicone heart molds. Let cool for an hour at room temperature.

  6. Gently pop the hearts out of their molds onto a dish. Serve and enjoy!

Happy Valentine's Day sweet friends!
